GlobalCryptos – Order Processing & Refund Policy

1. How long does it take to process an order?

Under normal conditions, the average processing time is 5 to 60 minutes from:

  • The moment your payment is credited to the GlobalCryptos balance, or
  • The moment you update, clarify, or replace your order details.

Please note:

  • During evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays, orders involving banking or payment systems may take several hours or be delayed until the next business day in the respective country, depending on transaction conditions and amount.
  • GlobalCryptos is not responsible for delays caused by the recipient’s bank or payment provider.
  • An order is considered completed once the payment has been sent to the details you provided.

2. What if I sent an amount different from my order?

  • If the amount received differs by up to ±10%, we will process your order based on the actual received amount.
  • If the difference is more than 10%, the order will be paused until you provide further details or instructions.
  • If the received amount is less than the minimum exchange amount for your chosen transaction, processing will be suspended until you make an additional payment. You may also request a refund.
  • If the received amount is less than 90% of the minimum exchange amount, GlobalCryptos reserves the right to refuse a refund or return the funds minus an additional fee of up to 20% of the minimum amount.

3. What if I used the wrong network or currency?

If you sent funds via the wrong blockchain network or different currency, immediately contact our support team via:

Our technical team will review if a recovery is possible.

  • If a refund is possible, it will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refund terms depend on the complexity of the situation and must be agreed upon before processing.

4. Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation if:

  • Your order has not yet been processed, and
  • The payment is not in progress.

Refund Policy:

  • A 3% cancellation fee applies to the payment amount.
  • Any blockchain network fees or payment system charges will also be deducted.
  • Once an order is completed, refunds are not possible due to technical limitations.
